Will Hayllar
Will works in our Consumer practice, focussing primarily on Consumer Goods clients, working with them to develop winning strategies in these most competitive of markets. Areas of particular interest include applying end-game thinking to develop strategies that capture the true value creation potential of businesses, and optimising the linkage between operational and commercial functions through a full understanding of cost-to-serve. He also works with corporate and private equity clients on all stages of the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through acquisition and ultimately divestment.
Will regularly produces OC&C's ‘state of the industry' reports examining the health of the consumer goods industry and the major strategic trends that are driving performance.
Education and prior experience:
- Cambridge University: MEng, Engineering
